Hi! My bub is 9 weeks old and the last few day...

Hi! My bub is 9 weeks old and the last few days has been fussing and carrying on when i go to feed him. A few times he has completely refused to feed and gotten himself that worked up he is screaming and inconsolable! yesterday this went on for 2 hours before i finally expressed and fed him 40mls from a bottle, he then happily fed for 30 mins from me. I am soo confused, i have tried feeding him soooner so he isnt too hungry...feeding him later incase he is refusing coz he is full, feeding him laying down, sitting up, football hold, normally, in a quiet room, i really have run out of ideas. I thought maybe he was just impatient waiting for let down and a few times i have hand expressed into his mouth so he doesn't have to acheive let down himself which worked once but not again. I get let down very quick anyway so i dont see why this would be a problem. Some times he starts crying as soon as i lay him down on my lap (like he knows whats about to happen). he seems like he may be in pain...but he sleeps laying down so cant be that action thats hurting could it? He sleeps flat on his back so im wondering if its turning to the side that is hurting...chiropractor maybe?? We have both had thrush on and off, i dont have it at the moment, he looks like he might, but to be honest his tounge is always whitish even when we have both been treated...plus he sucks a dummy and his fingers fine..and from a bottle so dont think its pain from that. And finally he has only had a bottle 3 times in his life and yesteday was the first time in week so i dont think it could be that he is refusing the boob as he would prefer bottle.... sorry for mammoth post but i am really confused and out of ideas, spoke to the CHN and she wasn't very helpful, only suggested things i had tried already and said if i thought he was sick i should take him to the doctor..he doesnt seem sick so dont think a doctor is what i need... any thoughts would be appreciated!!
